In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the hu77 website accessible at hu77.im, including all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and any software provided by hu77 to enable access to its services.
• "hu77", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the hu77 platform and all its associated services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the hu77 platform or who accesses hu77 services in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the hu77 platform, including the associated BDT wallet, bet history, bonus balance, and personal information.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's hu77 account wallet, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), excluding any bonus credits not yet converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, deposit match bonuses, or other promotional value credited to a Player's account, which are subject to separate wagering conditions before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting turnover a Player must complete before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal, as stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer game, or any other outcome offered on the hu77 platform.
• "Services" means collectively the sports betting, live casino, slot games, account management, payment processing, and customer support functions offered by hu77.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, which is the sole transactional currency of the hu77 platform.

To register and use an account on the hu77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online betting services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by hu77 for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme that prohibits you from accessing gambling services.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of hu77.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each player may register and maintain only one active account on the hu77 platform at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether to circumvent a suspension, to claim multiple welcome bonuses, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited. hu77 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts upon detection, with any balances forfeited.

hu77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and is not required to provide reasons for doing so.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hu77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account login details with any third party, and you must not allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.

You must notify hu77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, or that your account has been used by any person other than yourself.

hu77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the breach resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, your sharing of credentials with a third party, or your failure to notify hu77 promptly upon discovering a compromise.

hu77 may, at its discretion, require additional identity verification steps — including submission of government-issued identification, utility bills, or mobile wallet verification — before processing withdrawals or as part of an ongoing account review. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

4.1 Deposits. To fund your hu77 account, you must use one of the supported BDT payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed and the depositing account will be reviewed for compliance. hu77 does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Deposit Crediting. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your hu77 balance within 30 seconds of a confirmed transaction. In exceptional cases involving network congestion or payment gateway issues, crediting may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, you should contact hu77 live support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a mobile wallet registered in your own name that matches the identity information on your hu77 account. hu77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawals are processed during support hours (8 AM – 12 AM BST, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing when support resumes.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during support hours. hu77 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for accounts under active review, accounts where identity verification is pending, or accounts flagged for unusual betting patterns. In no case will an approved withdrawal be delayed for more than 24 hours from the time of review completion, except in cases of confirmed regulatory hold.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. hu77 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any related financial crime. Players may be required to provide supporting documentation for large transactions or unusual account activity. hu77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, freeze account balances, and share information with relevant authorities where there is a reasonable suspicion of financial crime.

5.1 General Rules. All bets placed on the hu77 platform are subject to the specific game rules or sport-specific betting rules published on the relevant game or market page. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a specific game rule, the specific game rule takes precedence for matters relating to game outcomes and settlement.

5.2 Bet Acceptance. hu77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets may be refused or voided where: an obvious pricing error has occurred; the bet was placed after the relevant event or market has closed; the outcome of the relevant event was already known at the time of bet placement; or where there is evidence of abuse or manipulation of the platform.

5.3 Cricket Betting. Cricket markets offered on hu77 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers — are governed by the cricket-specific rules published in the sportsbook section. Match abandonment, rain interruptions, reduced-over matches, and DLS method outcomes are handled in accordance with published sport rules. hu77 does not guarantee the availability of any specific cricket market at any given time.

5.4 Casino Games. All casino games on the hu77 platform — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, and game shows — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or are operated by licensed live dealer studios. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published by the respective game studios. hu77 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

5.5 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that interrupts a game or bet in progress, hu77 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly and in accordance with its published technical failure policy. hu77 is not liable for losses arising from third-party internet connectivity failures, device failures, or power outages on the player's side.

6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses offered by hu77 are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the applicable promotion terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are available only to players who have completed identity verification and who are not subject to any account restriction or self-exclusion.

6.2 Welcome Offers. Welcome bonuses are available to new hu77 accounts only, on the first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per device, per household address, and per payment account. hu77 reserves the right to withdraw or modify welcome bonus terms at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any portion of the bonus balance may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit applicable to each bonus are stated in the promotion-specific terms. Only bets placed with real-money funds and, where specified, bonus funds count toward wagering requirements. Free spins winnings may be subject to separate wagering conditions.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. hu77 reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing bets on all sides of the same market to guarantee a return irrespective of outcome (bonus hedging); exploiting a promotional error; or any other activity that hu77 reasonably determines to be an attempt to extract bonus value contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

6.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any unconverted winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically. hu77 does not extend bonus expiry periods except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hu77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement or financial regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during account registration or verification.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the hu77 platform.
• Allowing any third party to access, operate, or place bets through your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any algorithmic tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform for personal gain. Any such vulnerability must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker variants, or any competitive game format to manipulate outcomes.
• Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks against legitimate hu77 transactions.
• Using the hu77 platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity connected to the corruption of sporting events on which bets are offered.
• Accessing the hu77 platform via VPN, proxy, or any other technical means to disguise your true location in order to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

hu77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all eligible players. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and Conditions:

8.1 Age Verification. hu77 applies strict 21+ age verification. Players may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identification document at any stage of their account lifecycle. Accounts of players found to be under 21 will be closed immediately and any real-money balances will be returned to the payment source; winnings derived during the underage period will be forfeited.

8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may request voluntary self-exclusion from the hu77 platform for a defined cooling-off period (minimum 30 days) or on a permanent basis. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the hu77 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software; create derivative works based on hu77 platform content; or use the hu77 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised by hu77.

10.1 Platform Availability. hu77 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to its services. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, force majeure events, or unforeseen technical failures may result in temporary service interruptions. hu77 is not liable for any losses — direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from platform unavailability.

10.2 Betting Outcomes. Gambling involves risk. hu77 is not liable for any financial loss incurred as a result of bets placed on the platform. Players acknowledge that all bets are placed voluntarily and that losing a bet is an inherent and accepted risk of participation in gambling activities.

10.3 Third-Party Services. hu77 is not liable for the actions, errors, or omissions of third-party payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay), game studios, or data providers. Disputes relating to third-party payment transactions should be raised with the relevant payment provider as well as with hu77 support.

10.4 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hu77's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.5 Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless hu77, its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, penalties, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions, your fraudulent use of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law.

hu77 collects and processes personal data provided during registration and subsequent account use in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account on hu77, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by hu77 includes identification information (name, date of birth), contact information (email address, phone number), financial transaction records, device and browser information, and gameplay history. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity, detect fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform.

hu77 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Player financial data and passwords are stored in encrypted form. hu77 does not sell or rent personal data to third-party marketing companies.

12.1 Amendments. hu77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms and Conditions will take effect from the date stated in the notice. Continued use of the platform after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your balance before the effective date.

12.2 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your hu77 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to your registered payment account within 3 business days, provided all outstanding identity verification requirements have been met.

12.3 Account Closure by hu77. hu77 may suspend or close your account with or without prior notice if: you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions; hu77 determines that your continued access to the platform poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk; hu77 is required to do so by a competent legal or regulatory authority; or hu77 ceases to operate its services in any market. Where an account is closed by hu77 for reasons other than player breach, any real-money balance will be returned to the player.

12.4 Governing Language. These Terms and Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail.

12.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by any competent authority, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between hu77 and the player with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements whether written or oral.
